FAQ

1. Do I need to sign up for an account with PolishAlley to place an order?

Yes, you need to sign up for an account with us to place an order. Having an account with us will enable you to check on your order and/or payment status on your account page. You will also be able to save time and have your address pre-filled upon checkout. 

2. How long does payment verification take?

For Paypal and Credit Card payments, payment verification is instant and an email from Paypal will be sent to your provided email confirming the payment. Alternatively, you may log into your account and check on the status of your payment.

For Internet Banking and ATM transfers, you may log into your account and check on the status of your payment. We will verify your payment within 1-2 days after you have submitted your details.

3. How long does PolishAlley take to reply my email?

We do our best to reply your emails as quickly as we can within 24-48 hours.

4. Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

In order to process your orders efficiently, we encourage you to check through your order carefully before confirmation and we are sorry that we are unable to make changes to an order after it has been placed.

5. I have received an email about my order being cancelled, what should I do?

Orders are automatically cancelled within 24 hours if payment has not been made. If you have forgotten to make payment and are still keen in your order, kindly place your order again and make payment within 24 hours from the time the new order was placed.

If you have made payment and have received the order cancellation email, it means that we have not received your payment verification email. Kindly resend the payment verification email to us again. If the item is sold out, we will issue store credits. Kindly remember to email us payment verification details promptly to avoid disappointment.

6. I have not received my parcel, what should I do?

Singapore Post takes between 1-10 working days to deliver normal mail. If you have not received your parcel after 10 days, it might be a lost mail. As there is no tracking number for normal mail, Singapore Post will not be able to track it. However, you can check in with your nearest post office. As such, we do strongly recommend Registered Mail to ensure that your parcel reaches you safely.
